Development of a system to support people at work
in the age of AI
A RESEARCH PROJECT FUNDED BY THE AUSTRIAN RESEARCH PROMOTION AGENCY - FFG
The Challenge
The rise of AI and its impact on the future of work
Creative workers have a high likelihood of being disrupted by AI
Knowledge workers in general, and creative workers in particular, when their roles are focused on generative creative tasks, are predicted to be impacted the most by AI, with estimates of up to 300 million jobs globally. (BBC)

According to the OECD, women are less likely than men to possess advanced digital and AI skills, which are increasingly in demand. Lack of inclusive practices in the technological industry as well as stereotypical representation and biased information of AI lead to further social disparities.
