Do we write your DEI strategy?

We do not write DEI strategies for our clients. Instead, we support, structure, and guide you in developing your strategy. We believe this approach is crucial because a DEI strategy must be fully owned and actively lived by the company. It should originate from within, authored by the responsible leaders, rather than being imposed externally. This ensures that the strategy is both meaningful and effective.

Workshop topics

  • Before implementing various DEI initiatives such as trainings and workshops, it is recommended to establish a DEI strategy.

The first step towards the strategy is initiated through a full-day workshop with your company's stakeholders.

Target audience: Stakeholders, e.g., HR or management. Involvement of a DEI committee possible as well.

    Duration: Full-day

  • The ideal introduction and initial awareness-building on DEI topics for employees and teams. Key concepts are explained, benefits of an inclusive company culture are highlighted, and specific good practices from everyday corporate life are presented. Employees learn to confidently engage with the topic and how to show solidarity as an 'Ally.' The interactive workshop encourages ample discussion and exchange.

Target audience: Specific workforce / teams

    Duration: 0.5 - 1 day

  • Executives develop awareness of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, assess their own competencies, and learn to apply and enhance them in their everyday leadership roles. Through 4 modules, awareness is heightened and the benefits of an inclusive culture are explained, aiming to develop the skills of inclusive leadership and implement concrete steps within the organization.

The training can be conducted either with Virtual Reality, supported by my partner MDI, or without.

    Target audience: Leaders

Duration: 4 consecutive modules, each 0.5 days

The workshops are conducted both in-person and online. Maximum of 12 participants.

Looking for a different DEI topic?

DEI is a constantly evolving field. Other focus areas include fostering more inclusive language within the company, managing generational diversity, or creating a discrimination-free workplace. We are happy to tailor the workshop to focus on a topic of your choice.
