Why should you join as a mentor?

FOR MENTORS
What requirements do you have to bring along?
Professional experience: Valid professional experience of min. 3 years
Age: We believe more in experience than age. However, please note that on average, our mentees are born in 1988. A younger mentor might in some cases be a good fit, however our experience has shown that most mentees prefer a more senior mentor. Please feel free to apply even if you are born after 1988.
Certificates: No coaching or mentoring certificate is required, is however a plus
Leadership: No requirement of a formal leadership position, however, a plus
Commitment: Most importantly, you are committed to engage in a min. of 9 meet-ups during a year with your mentee.

HOW IT WORKS
We’ll find the perfect mentor for you based on the professional and personal criteria you set, e.g. whether your mentor should be more introverted or extroverted, what industry he/she has worked in and what skills he/she should have.
Step 1 | Sign Up
You sign up as a mentor and create your account.
Step 2 | Screening
We review your application and contact you if we have more questions. We screen your profile for potential mentees.
Step 3 | Matching
When we have a successful match with a mentee, we will ask you for a phone interview.
Step 4 | Kick-Off
You meet your mentee at our kick-off meeting. Join our ongoing networking and meet-ups with the community.
Step 5 | Start Mentoring
Schedule all meetings individually with your mentee. You find content to support you during the program in your mentor profile.
