HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Sign Up

  • You pay a 150€ deposit, and then you are directed to the registration form.

  • You sign up as a mentee and create your mentoring account.

  • You fill out the questionnaire in the application form. You should already have a clear picture what kind of skills you are looking for.

  • We get started with your matching!

  • Application deadline: 3.3.2025

STEP 2

Get Matched

  • We match you to your individual mentor with our proven matching process - a combination of a matching algorithm & hand-picked matching.

  • The matching phase takes 4-5 weeks.

  • Once we have the perfect mentor, you’ll receive a notification and see your mentor’s profile in your account from step 1.

  • You’ll be asked for the remaining membership payment after the matching.

STEP 3

  • Reach out to your mentor to schedule your 1st meeting or meet her at our community event

  • Join the community! Our next event is happening in April 📆 in Vienna (please mark your calendar!)

  • Not in Vienna? We make sure to offer extra online get-togethers with our international participants

  • Join more WOMENTOR community events during your mentoring year to grow your network

STEP 4

  • You meet your mentor regularly - you decide the frequency & setting together.

  • Along with your match, you receive supporting documents such as a mentoring booklet and helpful tips, content and structure for up to 9 meetings

  • Your mentoring and community membership lasts for one year

Track your goals

  • You receive three feedback forms during the year, where you are asked to set your goals and evaluate your progress

  • Leave us your feedback on your mentoring relationship!

  • WOMENTOR is there for you in case you are not happy with your match or need to reflect on your progress and goals

We offer different membership fees as one-time payment. For every subscription, 150€ deposit before the matching process is mandatory. The rest of the payment is due once you are matched to your mentor. Prices are incl. 20% VAT (USt.)

Next Steps

To start your mentoring journey, an instalment fee is required to begin the matching process. This confirms your commitment and allows us to find the perfect mentor for you.

Here’s the process:

  1. Pay the Instalment Fee to secure your spot.

  2. Get Matched with a mentor tailored to your goals.

  3. Pay the Remaining Fee after matching is complete.
