Are you a female entrepreneur in Austria who successfully founded your business 2-3 years ago? Are you ready to scale and optimize your operations with new offers, automations, and improvements? Our mastermind group is designed specifically for you, offering a supportive peer environment to help you navigate your business's growth & scaling phase and make sure you implement and follow through with your goals.

Led by experienced coaches Josefine Schulze and Desiree Jonek, Managing Partners of WOMENTOR, this mastermind group ensures you have the expert support and encouragement needed to thrive.

Join us and become part of a community dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs to achieve their full (business) potential! Together, we'll turn challenges into opportunities and pave the way for sustained success.

The program is in cooperation with participants of the ‘Female Growth Lab’ from the Vienna Business Agency.

GOALS

It’s for you if you …

  • are a female business owner in Austria

  • have founded your business at least 2-3 years ago

  • are looking for ways to scale & optimize your business, with new offers or automizations and improvements

  • are looking for a peer group for support during your business growth & scaling phase

PROCESS

The program includes …

  • Monthly peer group exchanges | Regularly meet up to 15 fellow female founders for 4 months and exchange, guided by a business coach

  • 4 peer group sessions à 2h, dealing with your current challenges, mutual exchanges and learnings in growing your business to the next level

  • Support tailored to your needs: Each session is dedicated to your current challenges (to be submitted beforehand)

  • No workshops, no content - but support through a business coach and the peer group

  • Coached by WOMENTOR managing partners and business coach Desiree Jonek-Lustyk and Josefine Schulze

  • Location: to be announced soon (Vienna)
